WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Previous experience in a senior management or leadership role within a busy bar, restaurant, hotel or high-volume hospitality environment. A highly visible and hands-on leadership style – you enjoy being on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting your team through service. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and hold people accountable.
