What's involved with this role: Triumph Consultants are looking for a Development Officer to support Greenwich Builds' council housing programme from project inception through to handover. Contract is for 7 months in Greenwich SE18 6HQ Development Officer Pay Rate: £421.30 per day PAYE Hours per week: 35, Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 Contract length: 7 months Location: Greenwich SE18 6HQ Office-based Key requirements: Engagement experience with residents, design teams, contractors and internal housing or tenancy teams.
