Sessions are delivered face-to-face across Southeast London, therefore flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential. Applicants must also have access to their own vehicle and hold a full UK driving licence. Expected availability for programme delivery is between 12 and 20 hours per week. In return, you will receive £50 per 90 Minute session. Just some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Deliver engaging NHS Healthier You Programme sessions to participants in a group and/or one-to-one setting, in accordance with our curriculum, resources and quality standards. • Motivate, support, and empower participants to make sustainable lifestyle and behaviour changes, using evidence-based coaching techniques to improve their overall health and wellbeing. • Adapt session delivery to meet the diverse needs, abilities, and learning styles of participants, and create a positive and inclusive environment to encourage participation. • Monitor participant progress, conduct regular revies, and celebrate achievements while identifying additional support needs. • Signpost participants to appropriate local health, wellbeing and lifestyle support services where required. • Participate in training, professional development, and quality improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
