This is presently on a 1:8 rota in St Mark’s with a very infrequent contribution to the EGS rota at Northwick Park, and will be banded at Band 1A. There are two Complex Cancer posts (including some robotics), two primary Cancer posts (one of which is purely robotic and the other includes some robotic surgery), one intestinal failure and abdominal wall post (including robotics) and three IBD posts (one of which is a robotic IBD post, and the others include complex abdominal IBD and advanced proctology, with opportunities to gain experience in AIN and pilonidal disease). All RSOs/Fellows are exposed to an exceptional tertiary referral practice in a colorectal subspeciality and will gain in-depth insight into the diagnosis and management of rare colorectal conditions. These posts are intended for candidates at the end of their colorectal sub-speciality training (near FRCS, or equivalent, or post CCT). All Resident Surgical Officers/Fellows take part in a one in eight rota for St Mark’s, with a very small contribution to the EGS rota at Northwick Park (one in forty-eight). CNWL Parent And Infant Relationship Service (PAIRS) is a pilot service in Brent. We are looking for an Assistant Psychotherapist to join the current team. The post-holder will be based in Brent CAMHS and will have clinics in the community and in Family Hubs across Brent. In line with the Start 4 Life Programme, the service will offer support to infants in the first two years of life with mild, moderate or severe mental and emotional health needs, and their mothers in the first two years postpartum; who have mild to moderate mental health concerns past or present, risking the mother-infant relationship. This service also extends to fathers, co-parents and the overall familial relationship with the infant, with the infant remaining the focus of the work. We are looking to recruit aBand 7 Clinical Team Leader to lead the multi-disciplinary team in Wandsworth, clinically supervising a mixture of nurses and recovery workers who provide assessments, care planning, treatment and support to people with drug and alcohol issues to promote health, independence and recovery. The team also works with volunteers and peer mentors to enhance the offer. To undertake clinical and management responsibility for the nurses and recovery workers in Wandsworth Community Drug and Alcohol Service and have an operational overview on the day to day running of the service. This will include ensuring the service is safe and effective, delivers on all performance targets and achieves positive outcomes with clients. The Team Leader will as part of a senior management team oversee the on-going development of recovery focused and evidence based interventions in order to meet the needs of a group of service users with multiple complex physical, psychological and social needs across Wandsworth. It is vital that the post holder has effective leadership skills, can implement and manage change, has a proactive approach to communication and is skilled in developing links and maintaining partnership arrangements with other services across the borough, as well as within the Consortium. The Maudsley Hospital is located in Denmark Hill, less than five minutes from the train station (Zone 2), with excellent transport links and easy access to Ruskin Park, local shops, cafés and restaurants The Deputy Ward Manager/Clinical Charge Nurse will provide clinical and operational leadership within the Eating Disorders Unit, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and recovery-focused care. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will coordinate patient care, lead shifts, manage clinical risk and ensure high standards of nursing practice in line with Trust policies and the NMC Code. Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating person-centred care; administering and monitoring medication; supporting patients with complex mental and physical health needs; and promoting recovery through therapeutic engagement and evidence-based interventions. The post holder will oversee patient safety, contribute to safeguarding processes, maintain accurate clinical records and ensure effective communication with patients, carers and partner services. The role includes supervising, mentoring and developing junior staff, student nurses and healthcare support workers, promoting a positive learning environment and supporting professional development. The post holder will lead by example, facilitate reflective practice and contribute to education, training, audit, quality improvement and service development initiatives. The Deputy Ward Manager will deputise for the Ward Manager when required, supporting workforce management, clinical governance, incident investigation, resource allocation and service performance. They will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust and external organisations to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care and positive outcomes for service users. The role is to support the team of medical physicists and the department more widely in nuclear medicine imaging, radiopharmaceutical therapy, radiation safety and non-imaging tests.
