They are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee and support the strategic growth of a diverse portfolio of over 850 commercial, residential and mixed-use properties. The Role This is a hands-on role working closely with the Managing Director and senior stakeholders across all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, maintaining compliance standards, identifying growth opportunities and managing property-related projects from acquisition through to completion. The role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to contribute directly to business growth, portfolio performance and long-term strategic planning.
