Your responsibilities will include: ·Managing the allocation, utilisation, and availability of courtesy vehicles ·Ensuring all vehicles are maintained and compliant with DVSA, fleet, and safety regulations ·Managing servicing, maintenance, inspections, MOTs, and vehicle compliance ·Monitoring driver compliance and ensuring fleet safety standards are maintained ·Analysing fleet performance, utilisation, maintenance trends, and operating costs ·Developing and monitoring fleet KPIs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement ·Building strong relationships with operational, claims, regional, and site management teams ·Managing relationships with leasing companies, maintenance providers, transport contractors, and other suppliers ·Ensuring vehicle availability supports repair capacity and customer commitments ·Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximise fleet performance About You We're looking for an experienced Fleet Manager who is confident managing a large and varied vehicle fleet and can operate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
