Job Introduction We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join our Audi Dealership in Worcester. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis (8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays). Role and Responsibilities Within each of our dealerships we have specialists who can guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements. As a Retail Manager with Listers you will grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value added products. You will be at the core of customer enquiries and assist in developing the sales team. Discussing the financial requirements of our customers. Advising customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services offered by our dealerships. Ensure customers have a clear understanding of obligations they are entering into. Working closely with members of the sales team and providing coaching and assistance. Proposing financial agreements to our nominated lenders. Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant. About you You may be an existing retail manager, sales manager, sales controller or looking for your first step into management. You will be confident in discussing and identifying individual / company requirements. Have an outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance. Highly organised to ensure that all company, manufacturer and finance house paperwork is correct and FCA compliant. Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Retail Security Officer- Asda Pay rate: £13.10 per hour Hours: Mornings, evenings and weekends Location: Asda Shrewsbury Mitie is looking for Retail security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues. Objectives and Responsibilities: -Work to the Assignment Instructions ensuring that all activity is accurately recorded on the correct documents, in line with both the Client's and the Company's Quality Procedures -To follow the site-specific Risk Assessments ensuring all activities are completed in a safe manner -Set and maintain the highest personal and professional standards as an employee of MITIE and adopt a total quality approach to every aspect of your work, colleagues and clients -To create a safe working environment, free from crime and health and safety related issues for colleagues, contractors and customers -To add a polite greeting and excellent customer service -Provide a visible security contact for colleagues, contractors and customers Main Duties: -To deliver industry leading customer service -To be clean, tidy and properly dressed wearing full uniform -To deter violence and public order offences -To conduct patrols of the store -Utilising CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss -Liaise with the store management teams -To report incidents and crime through our leading technology -Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships where required to foster a great working relationship to support the reduction of crime in store -To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety Who are we looking for? -Experience of delivering Customer Service -Excellent communication skills are required both written and verbal -Adaptable communication style to meet the needs of different people groups -Ability to work in a fast-moving services business -Capability in the use of technology -Good attention to detail -High level of enthusiasm and passion -Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential -Public Space Surveillance SIA licence is desirable but not essential What are the benefits for working for Mitie? -Contracted hours -Annual leave entitlement -Pension and Life assurance schemes -Free uniform supplied -SIA Re-licencing programme -Access to Mitie's outstanding employee benefits including financial services, retail discounts, reward schemes and online GP services. -Comprehensive training and development programme (apprenticeships available)
