You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Please note that although you will be based in one area, there are work opportunities across a variety of different stores. How you'll deliver excellence: -Compliance and Standards -You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance. -You'll follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards. -Product Placement and Replenishment -You'll arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal. -Promotional and Point of Sale Setup -You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers. -Strong communication and relationship building - -You'll build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers. -You'll provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams, via our feedback application, as the eyes and ears in the stores! Are you looking for work on a part-time basis to boost your income? CPM is looking for team members who can join us to place POS (point of sale) and in-store media in Asda. If you can work every Wednesday night/Thursday morning (average 2.5 hours per week*) and have experience merchandising / placing POS, we want to hear from you. £16.94 per hour (including holiday pay) Ideal location: Canterbury, United Kingdom, CT1 Store to be covered: Asda Canterbury SS CT1 1DG What will I be doing? You will place POS in designated parts of the store to support several brands. It is essential to achieve coverage of all POS placements, which you will photograph and report through an online app when completed. In a typical call, you will: Sign into the store, and introduce yourself to the key store contacts Liaise with the store colleagues to locate the POS previously delivered to the store Place POS (as required) in pre-arranged sections of the store. We will require you to use a stepladder in store, to place media at height. Key requirements for this role are: You can get to the agreed store/s every Wednesday evening/Thursday morning to complete your visit Calls to be completed between 8pm on Wednesday and 8am on a Thursday (hours will vary week on week but you will know in advance what hours are needed each week) You own a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report your visits in store Happy to place POS at height using a stepladder You are competent/confident using and navigating an app-based system You are happy to work in-store, spending several hours navigating around the store and potentially moving heavier boxes of POS or stock as required. You have great communication and relationship-building skills You will be fantastic in this role if: You have good attention to detail.
