Maintain oversight of key policies, risk assessments, business continuity arrangements, health and safety responsibilities and contractual requirements. Support effective systems for learning, audit, significant events and continuous improvement where these fall within the role's remit. 6. Bring external perspective, ideas and constructive challenge to strategic discussions.
