Job Description Business ManagerLocation: HarrowSalary: £43,000Ingeus are currently looking for a Business Manager to motivate and support a professional and operational team to achieve high performance and exceed all contractual targets, including compliance and customer service standards, through highly effective communication and leadership.You will oversee participant engagement and operational daily management of site, ensuring every participant receives the best possible service through tailored, comprehensive support to give them the right tools to quickly move into sustainable employment.What you’ll be doing as the Business Manager:Providing coaching and mentoring to Team Leaders, ensuring Continuous Professional Development remains a pivotal element of their role and of the wider team.Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets and Key Performance Indicators on a monthly basis, seeking feedback and input to continuously improve and deliver strong outcomes for our participants and commissioners.Delivering key financial targets as defined in regional budgets, ensuring the appropriate deployment of resources to deliver exceptional business results.Maintaining strong external relationships with JCP teams, visiting sites where necessary and supporting Team Leaders to be visible and active within JCP sites.Analysing performance data, identifying potential risks or trends and propose/implement solutions to maintain and exceed performance expectations. Qualifications To be the Business Manager you will have;Have strong leadership and organisational skills, with an ability to motivate large teams of people to achieve targets.Have experience of financial tracking and forecasting, with the ability to understand and work towards financial budget and preparation.Have Knowledge of the labour market, wider provision, and stakeholders local to the area in which you are applying.Experience of working in a performance target driven environmentExperience of working in a fast paced, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.An excellent communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate your audience.The Restart Scheme is a specially designed programmed which gives participants who have been out of work for 6 plus months, intensive and tailored support to help find sustained work in their local area.
