Assistant Facilities Manager About the role: We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Assistant Facilities Manager to join our friendly support team. This is an office-based role providing essential administrative and coordination support to ensure our care homes remain safe, compliant, well-maintained, and welcoming for our residents, visitors, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance requests across multiple care homes. Liaise with contractors to arrange visits, obtain quotations, and monitor completion of works. Maintain accurate compliance records and facilities documentation. Update facilities management systems and maintain accurate records. Respond to enquiries from care homes and provide timely support.
