What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a Health & Safety, Facilities, or combined site management role. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification. IOSH membership or similar professional recognition. Experience working in SME environments. Familiarity with engineering processes, workshop operations, or hands-on manufacturing environments. Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or workshop-based environments would be highly beneficial. Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and compliance requirements. Confident in carrying out risk assessments and implementing practical H&S systems. Experience managing contractors, facilities services, and site maintenance activities. Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and make sound decisions in a part-time role.
