About You You will be an enthusiastic and highly skilled Occupational Therapist with significant experience in supporting individuals with complex disabilities and a passion for developing others. Essential Requirements Degree-level qualification in Occupational Therapy Current HCPC registration. Minimum of four years' post-qualification experience, including at least two years in a senior or specialist role. Extensive experience working with individuals with complex physical disabilities, autism and learning disabilities. Experience providing supervision, coaching and professional development to Occupational Therapy staff. Strong clinical reasoning, assessment and intervention skills. Excellent report writing and communication abilities. Experience of performance management processes, including supervision, development reviews and probationary support. Desirable RCOT membership. Previous management or team leader experience. Specialist qualifications in areas such as Sensory Integration, 24-hour postural management, hand therapy or related fields. Experience of audit, governance and service development projects. Experience working within education settings or with children and young adults as part of a multidisciplinary team.
