Supervise the performance of staff within the team to ensure that approved standard operating procedures are adhered to in the delivery of day to day cleaning of all areas of the Trust. Ensure that the team operates at all times to highest standards of customer care safety and efficiency. and that cleaning operations are conducted properly and safely by members of the team in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures. Conduct staff interviews which will include appraisal, sickness, bereavement, discipline and grievance.
