Working across both sites, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients attending fracture clinics, orthopaedic clinics, wards, theatres, Emergency Departments and paediatric services. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly experienced multidisciplinary team, providing specialist orthopaedic care to a diverse patient population. You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive casting, splinting, bracing and orthotic service, including the application of both routine and complex casts and specialist techniques such as Ponseti casting and Total Contact Casting. You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to support patients who may be experiencing anxiety, pain or distress following injury or trauma. You will also act as a role model within the department, supporting and guiding colleagues, contributing to service improvement initiatives, and maintaining the highest professional and clinical standards.
