    The post-holder will join a team of three consultants and eight associate specialists who provide a comprehensive dermatology service to the area of mid and North Hampshire. The role encompasses working both at the Breast Centre at The Great Western Hospital and on the service’s two mobile units which travel around Wiltshire on a three year round plan. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out routine breast screening and the more specialist mammographic examinations required in screening assessment clinics and symptomatic breast clinics.     The post holder will work within the Digital Training Team to deliver, support and evaluate IT training aligned to the organisation’s Digital Strategy. The Digital Training Team are part of the Digital Division. The post holder will be working in the Blackpool locality as part of a wider regional One LSC organisation. Develop, prepare, review and update training materials and documentation for clinical systems and Microsoft applications. Assess learner competency, evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvements or follow-up requirements. Maintain accurate training records, contribute to training statistics and provide reports as required. Provide ongoing system support to staff through methods such as floor walking, drop-in sessions and coaching. Prepare training environments, ensuring equipment, systems and materials are available. Liaise with departments to coordinate staff release and attendance at training. Communicate system changes and project impacts on training through presentations and discussions. Participate in inductions and represent the service at internal and external forums. Support knowledge sharing, service improvement, networking and personal development activities.     An exciting opportunity has arisen in a community rehabilitation team for a band 6 physiotherapist to join a supportive and enthusiastic community therapy service as a Physiotherapist, working across community delivering rehabilitation in patients own homes following discharge from an acute bed, or supporting Long term condition management. The team comprises of qualified physiotherapists, and assistant practitioners, and assistant therapy staff, who work closely with the wider MDT and INT teams in community. You will be working with patients with a large variety of conditions and disabilities, in their own homes and local community. You will be responsible for assessment, intervention, and discharge of a caseload of patients, act as the direct supervisor to staff and provide support and expertise to the other members of the team. The post holder is an autonomous practitioner, responsible for provision of specialised assessment and treatment of patients referred to the service. . Responsible for managing a caseload of patients with a variety of complex conditions including long term condition management and acute hsopital discharges. You will see patients in own homes , working with an MDT in other organisations. You will carry out specialist assessment and treatment including the prescription of essential equipment as part of the therapeutic intervention .
