Foxhills Collection is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Food and Beverage team as Assistants in our new restaurant, Lomri, a relaxed setting, inspired by the spice ports of India and reimagined for Surrey. Casual and permanent positions available Position: Food and Beverage Assistant - Lomri Restaurant Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey Type: Full-time and part-time About Us: Foxhills Collection is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, and unparalleled hospitality. Located in Ottershaw, our establishment caters to discerning guests from around the world, offering an unforgettable experience marked by elegance and sophistication. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in the Lomri Restaurant. Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next service Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures Requirements: Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred but not required; training will be provided Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary package Company pension scheme – People’s Partnership Enhanced Company Sick Pay, Maternity and Paternity Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
