About the Opportunity As Penguinsite continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Partner to take ownership of building our B2B sales pipeline and acquiring new clients in the UK manufacturing and industrial market. We are looking for someone who can independently identify business opportunities, reach decision-makers, conduct sales conversations, manage the sales process and close new business. This is a highly autonomous role. We are not looking for someone whose responsibility is simply to generate leads and pass them to another salesperson. The goal is to manage opportunities through the sales cycle and secure paying customers. The initial focus is the UK manufacturing and industrial market with the potential to expand intobroader enterprise and technology sectors as the business develops. About Penguinsite Penguinsite is a technology company specializing in custom software development, AI solutions, business process automation, technology consulting and digital transformation. Our mission is to help businesses improve operational efficiency, reduce unnecessary costs, and modernize their technology through solutions designed around their specific business processes. We work primarily with businesses that have complex operations, legacy systems, manual workflows oropportunities for automation. Rather than selling generic software products, we act as a technology partner helping companiesidentify problems and implement practical technology solutions that create measurable business value. Initial Evaluation – 1 Month The initial cooperation is structured as a one-month performance-based evaluation period The primary objective is: To independently secure and close at least one paying client within the first month. The objective is not simply to generate leads, build a prospect list or arrange meetings We are looking for a genuine closed and paying customer. The first project does not need to be a large enterprise engagement. A smaller paid engagement can qualify as a successful result, including: Technology consulting Digital transformation assessment AI / automation project Software engineering support Technical consulting System integration Small custom software project We understand that larger manufacturing and enterprise opportunities may require several months toclose. Therefore, the purpose of the first month is to demonstrate the ability to: Identify a real business problem Create a genuine sales opportunity Manage the sales process Negotiate with the customer Close a paying engagement The initial evaluation period is success-fee based. No fixed salary is paid during the initial evaluation period. The exact success-fee / commission percentage will be agreed with the candidate before the evaluationperiod begins. After Successful Evaluation Once the first paying customer has been successfully secured and the initial evaluation is completed,we intend to move directly into a long-term cooperation under a fixed compensation + performance-based commission structure
