About the Job Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity to join us as a Full Stack Engineer on a 18-month contract. In this role, you'll be part of a team delivering critical customer facing solutions for Games Workshop. You'll have experience of working in AWS, with AWS CDK and/or infrastructure as code, to develop secure and scalable systems that are architected according to the AWS Well-Architected Framework. You'll be accustomed to using techniques like Test Driven Development and Paired Programming to create secure and performant software. Team Manager - Domestic Abuse Housing & Support Services Salary: £31,888 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Position: Temp to Perm - Hybrid options available after probation period DBS: Enhanced DBS required Role: Women only community About the Role We are looking for an experienced Team Manager, Senior Practitioner or experienced support professional to lead a dedicated team delivering trauma-informed, survivor-centred support to women and children experiencing domestic abuse. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support your team, oversee service delivery, manage risk and safeguarding, develop partnerships and contribute to the continued improvement of accommodation-based services. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed support to women and children. Ensure support is tailored to individual needs, risks and strengths. Promote effective safeguarding, risk management and safe working practices. Line manage, support and motivate a team of Survivor Advocacy Support Workers. Provide regular supervision, reflective practice and case support. Support recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies. Represent the service at multi-agency meetings and forums. Support service development, planning and continuous improvement. Oversee accurate data collection, recording and reporting. Support quality assurance and ensure services meet required standards. Promote health, safety and wellbeing across the service. Ensure safeguarding and risk management procedures are consistently followed. About You You will ideally have: Experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse or individuals with complex needs. Previous experience in a leadership, senior practitioner, supervisory or management role. Strong experience in safeguarding, risk assessment and case management. Experience working alongside partner agencies and within multi-agency settings. An understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on women and children. Knowledge of homelessness, housing and support options available to women and children. Understanding of risk assessment processes such as DASH/MARAC. Knowledge of trauma-informed and survivor-centred approaches. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. The ability to manage competing priorities and work flexibly. A compassionate, non-judgemental and empowering approach. Qualifications A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in domestic abuse, social care or a related field is desirable. Management training is desirable, or you should be willing to undertake this.
