When guests enter one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Services Assistant, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location. What will you be doing? As a Night Guest Service Assistant, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to guests. Cleaning public areas/meeting rooms, cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Night Guest Service Assistant will also be required to manage guest requests; specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Create an atmosphere where the guests feel welcome To check in guests smoothly taking their IDs and handing out room keys To stay one step ahead of guests' needs and ensure these are met Vacuum rooms and corridors and u ndertake regular deep cleaning tasks Deliver items to the rooms Be the Duty manager on shift.
