Provide monthly H&S reports to the Fulham board, support preparation for internal/external audits, and attend all client H&S meetings with actionable follow-ups. Deliver training and inductions for staff, ensuring health & safety knowledge gaps are addressed, especially for new starters and operational event days. Lead on-site H&S checks during events, focusing on high-risk areas and ensuring swift resolution of any non-compliance. Manage first aid provision, third-party contractor H&S compliance, and food concession governance across matchdays and events. What skills and experience we're looking for The Role: We are seeking an ambitious and experienced educational leader to join our senior leadership team as Deputy Group Curriculum Director – Teacher Education and Management Development. In this influential role, you will help drive the strategic growth, quality and innovation of our provision across multiple campuses. Working closely with the group Curriculum Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing high quality programmes, building strategic partnerships and ensuring exceptional learner outcomes while supporting the College’s wider strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Support the strategic leadership and development of Teacher Education and Leadership & Management Development provision. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, employers, awarding bodies and sector specialists. • Drive curriculum innovation and develop programmes that respond to employer demand and emerging sector needs. • Lead on quality improvement, self-assessment and performance management to achieve outstanding learner outcomes. • Support the achievement of income growth targets through programme expansion and commercial opportunities. • Manage and develop staff, fostering collaborative and high-performing teams across campuses. • Teach up to 6 hours per week, maintaining direct engagement with curriculum delivery and learner experience. • Deputise for the Group Curriculum Director when required Who You Are: • A degree and appropriate professional teaching qualification. • Significant experience of curriculum management within Further Education, Adult Education or Higher Education. • A successful track record of improving learner outcomes, quality standards and staff performance. • Experience of managing and delivering programmes from Level 3 to Level 7. • Strong knowledge of Teacher Education, professional qualifications and leadership and management development within the FE sector. • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and people development skills. • The ability to use data and performance information to drive continuous improvement. The Contracts Manager will play a key role in supporting the North East London Procurement Partnership (NELPP) to deliver effective contract management across an agreed portfolio on behalf of partner NHS organisations.
