Health & Safety: - Conducting daily checks to ensure life safety systems are working - Following all health and safety procedures and legislation. - Ensuring PPE, tools, and equipment are used correctly and safely - Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workspace. Third Party Contractors & Planned works - Escorting and supporting visiting engineers. - Monitoring scheduled maintenance and reporting missed works. - Logging contractor activity and ensuring site standards are maintained. Site Stores & Plant Rooms: - Managing tools, consumables, and spare parts inventory. - Keeping plant rooms and maintenance areas safe, clear and well organised. Customer Service and Team Work: - Acting as a role model for urbanbubble values. - Working closely with the operations team and providing excellent service to residents. - Communicating clearly and positively with both colleagues and residents.
