CLCH is seeking a Registered Nurse, Midwife or Specialist Community Public Health Practitioner to lead Health’s contribution to the Families First Partnership Programme and Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT) across Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea. This Band 8a role offers an opportunity to shape how health contributes to integrated support and safeguarding for children, young people and families. Based within the Multi-Agency Hub/MACPT, you will provide expert clinical advice, strengthen health’s contribution to multi-agency decision-making and help drive service development and improvement. You will: • Provide senior health leadership across the Family Help and MACPT model. • Advise on complex safeguarding and child protection matters. • Influence strategy, policy, practice and workforce development. • Build effective partnerships across health, social care, education, police and other agencies. • Support quality assurance, learning and continuous improvement.
