This position involves working weekends & some bank holidays Starting with NELFT NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a commercially minded individual who combines analytical excellence with strong stakeholder management skills. You'll ideally have: Experience within Food Services, Catering, Hospitality, IFM or Outsourcing environments. A background in Food Pricing, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, Procurement, Commercial Management or Operations. Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities. Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of profit drivers. The ability to interpret complex customer requirements and translate them into practical commercial solutions. Experience working on bids, tenders, pricing exercises or large commercial proposals. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
