Support staff in identifying and setting standards/quality of care and assisting teams in the development or implementation of assessment tools to evaluate the care given. To support the implementation of new policies, procedures, guidelines and systems within service area to maintain compliance with National Best Practice Standards and Guidance as required. Influence policy, propose and implement changes in practice at local and organisational level. Participate in Service Reviews as requested. Provide regular reports on development projects and associated outcomes, as appropriate to Service Lead, clinical Leads and colleagues from external organisations.
