What you’ll be doing as an Operation Integration Specialist (Water): - Solution process sign-off – Represent the end-user (Operations) during the entire capital delivery project lifecycle and manage expectations of the solution delivery team. - Outage Planning - Work with Operations to plan and schedule Outages associated with relevant capital projects (align with all outage plans) and take ownership of outage requests. - Gather & Interpret Data - Be engaged at a local level and understand site restrictions, analyse site performance, quantify, articulate, and flag risk - Stakeholder management - Manage and facilitate meetings, workshops, and progress reviews for your projects. We're looking for a Compliance & Operations Assurance professional who will support the Transport for London contract to maintain full compliance, improve assurance standards and coordinate engineering service delivery across a complex portfolio. Role Responsibilities: -Ensure the Transport for London contract maintains full compliance across the portfolio, aligned with contractual, statutory and client-specific requirements while supporting governance across Mitie activities. -Coordinate works delivery including scheduling, booking access, liaising with suppliers, managing documentation and ensuring all works are completed, closed out and fully evidenced. -Review and ensure all Statements of Safe Work (SSOW), RAMS and health & safety documentation are compliant with contract and engineering standards. -Support small works and minor projects by managing quotations, raising purchase orders, issuing instructions and tracking completion. -Maintain CAFM systems (Maximo, Concept Evolution) and asset data, analysing compliance and performance trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role. -Experience within Building Services or Facilities Management, supporting hard services delivery in a complex environment, -An Engineering background, -Operations support experience and knowledge, -Strong administrative, organisational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and datasets. -Working knowledge of CAFM systems, Microsoft Excel and engineering compliance processes. -Confident communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients, suppliers and stakeholders. -Understanding of SFG20 maintenance standards and asset management principles (desirable).
