We are looking for a highly motivated experienced Cleaning Supervisor with a passion for maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and with a keen eye for detail, to manage our Park Services Team, alongside our Park Services Manager. You will be supervising a team of cleaners on our Theme Park, always ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness standards. Along with training and providing on-going support to the team you will personally act as an ambassador throughout the day, helping to create first-class experiences for our guests. Duties of the Roles Ensure full compliance across the department in accordance with Health and Safety regulations including the handling of chemicals, use of machinery, manual handling and lone working policies. Stock control, auditing and ordering using purchase order system Work directly with a team of up to 15 cleaners to ensure full training, development and on-going mentoring Hands-on, front-line operational duties as required Perform regular facility audits, ensuring cleanliness, presentation and maintenance standards are to a high level This role offers varied support to the rest of the operational departments across the resort, including our Engineering/Maintenance, Rides, Grounds and Food & Beverage teams Excellent attention to detail and superb leadership skills are essential for this role
