What skills and experience we're looking for Key Tasks and Responsibilities The post holder will be required to record and monitor attendance (in line with DfE requirements) and support the school strategy by working alongside other staff within the schools toreduce overall and persistent absence. You will design, deliver, assess and evaluate high-quality simulation-based education; contribute original educational and simulation research; and develop impactful innovation, engagement and partnership activity. Working across Singleton Campus, Saint David's Park Campus and Hywel Dda University Health Board sites, you will collaborate with learners, faculty, multidisciplinary clinical teams and senior leaders. Your principal activities will include: Developing curricula and learner-centred uni- and interprofessional simulation.
