Your impact in the role: • Lead a team of four Bank & Receivables Officers, overseeing daily operations to meet team objectives and key performance indicators, including accurate reconciliation of receipts and payments. • Manage monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies to maintain financial integrity. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, delivering professional and effective communication to support smooth financial processes. • Support recruitment, training, and performance management activities, including appraisals and disciplinary procedures. • Deputise for the Bank & Receivables Team Leader when required, implementing process and policy changes in response to business needs. • Conduct authorisation compliance checks and carry out ad-hoc duties to support the wider finance function.
