Person Specification The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree and have significant project management experience within higher education, research, innovation, or funded programmes. They will have a proven ability to manage complex multi-partner projects, support international collaborations, oversee budgets and reporting, and engage diverse stakeholders. Strong project planning, organisational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of the research funding landscape, particularly Horizon Europe. The candidate will be proactive, collaborative, highly organised, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
