Chase staff immediately for any that have not been returned for any missing information and report. - Maintain the vehicle planner with up-to-date information, this will enable you to book in all relevant services, inspections and defects as soon as reported and keep it documented for future/audit purposes. - Delegate, monitor and at times undertake yard duties where required including sign manufacture. - To work alongside the Depot Management, learning processes including the ERP system. You will be required to provide cover for the Depot Management when they are absent or on annual leave and vice versa.
