You will create and manage a programme of works with external contractors to deliver Fire Safety Inspection Regimes with MTVH’s portfolio. You will be responsible for monitoring contract budgets and ensuring services are managed effectively, providing value for money and delivering the agreed services. You will work closely with appointed consultants and contractors who will provide support relating to statutory and regulatory compliance and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Responsibility for contractual budget monitoring, seeking to achieve value for money throughout the life of each contract under management. Ensure contracts are fully compliant with all relevant statutory, regulatory and corporate requirements. Provide business plans to the organisation on a capital works program. Ensure staff performance is formally reviewed in accordance with MTVH policy and that regular one to ones are held with your staff. Ensure payments are made according to the terms of the contract and following MTVH financial regulations. Review quality assurance inspection reports to ensure that works have been undertaken to the required standard and in accordance with the contract specification. Chair and co-ordinate contract management meetings and manage all aspects of the Contract Administration function. Deal with all enquiries and complaints in accordance with the timescales and procedures for such issues. Identify any changes and other improvements to reduce the likelihood of a repeat. Assist with the procurement and commercial evaluation of contracts. Provide feedback on the contract specification, making recommendations on where the standard specification can be improved. Review terms and conditions of leases and tenancy agreements, to ensure terms and conditions are uniformed to reflect management repair liability and charging processes (MBOA). Effectively manage the operation delivery of Fire Safety Inspections to meet the requirements of the Fire Safety Regulations. Leading a small team to deliver successful inspection regimes and follow on works. Work with contractors to meet challenging and realistic targets to achieve all aspects of project delivery, including productivity, performance and KPI Challenge poor service in line with KPIs, ensure good customer service to front line staff and residents, escalation of issues as appropriate to the contractors contract manager/s, and MTVHs internal Contract Manager. Proactively request, collate and analyse information from front line staff, contractors and consultants to assist in the preparation of reports detailing programmes of work and performance (including KPIs). Ensure the data is accurate. Operations Manager Location: Dublin, Ireland Salary: Up to €65,000 plus Sodexo benefits Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of soft facilities services. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on Quality, Health & Safety, cleaning, hygiene and compliance.You will lead a large and diverse workforce, ensuring services are delivered to consistently high standards while maintaining a strong culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement. The role will also oversee the onsite food service operation, ensuring that food is produced and delivered in line with the required food safety and HACCP standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage cleaning, hygiene and wider soft services operations across the site. Drive a strong Quality, and Health & Safety culture, ensuring services are delivered to the required standards. Ensure full compliance with HACCP, Health & Safety and audit requirements, maintaining a constant state of audit readiness. Lead, manage and develop a large onsite workforce, driving high performance, accountability and employee engagement. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and managing service delivery expectations. Oversee budgets, labour and consumables, with responsibility for P&L and cost control. Manage audits, risk and compliance documentation across the site. Identify and implement improvements to cleaning standards, operational efficiency and overall service delivery. Work closely with the wider site and client teams to ensure services support the operational requirements of a busy manufacturing environment. Drive innovation and identify opportunities to bring added value to the client and customers. About You We are looking for an experienced senior operational leader with a strong background in pharmaceutical, manufacturing or another highly regulated environment. The key requirements for this role include: Strong experience in Quality and Health & Safety. Proven experience leading and developing large teams. Strong experience managing cleaning, hygiene or wider soft services operations. A strong understanding of HACCP, cleaning standards and compliance requirements. Experience managing large-scale operations in an environment where safety and quality are critical. Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, labour costs and P&L. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop managers and build high-performing teams. Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills. Facilities Manager Location: Offaly, Ireland Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary:€47,000 per annum plus Sodexo benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of hard and soft facilities services on site for a major account. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and maintaining high standards of service delivery across multiple stakeholders. You will lead on-site teams, manage contractors, oversee maintenance programmes, and act as the key operational contact for the client. The successful candidate will be a customer-focused facilities professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to manage operational performance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Management Manage the day-to-day delivery of hard and soft facilities services across the contract. Lead, motivate, and develop the on-site service delivery team. Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and lifecycle replacement programmes. Manage reactive maintenance requests and ensure contractual service levels are achieved. Scope, manage, and verify minor works projects. Coordinate contractors and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Manage permit-to-work and safe systems of work processes. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary operational point of contact for the clientand key stakeholders. Build and maintain strong working relationships through effective communication and service delivery. Attend client meetings and provide operational updates and performance reporting. Resolve issues promptly and professionally while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies. Lead safety initiatives including toolbox talks, safety walks, and near-miss reporting. Monitor contractor compliance and site safety performance. Promote a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement across all service lines. Financial & Contract Management Monitor lifecycle expenditure and ensure spending remains within agreed budgets. Manage materials ordering and cost control processes. Support small works estimation and project delivery. Understand and interpret contractual requirements to ensure compliance and value delivery. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate contract documentation, records, and compliance files. Produce operational, maintenance, and performance reports as required. Coordinate site inductions and onboarding activities. Manage payroll and timekeeping processes for site-based teams. Maintain lifecycle plans, budgets, and performance data. About You Essential Experience & Skills Previous Facilities Management experience in a management or supervisory capacity. Experience managing both hard and soft FM services. Strong people management and leadership skills. Experience working in a client-facing environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience managing contractors and maintenance programmes. Financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and costs. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Desirable Experience working within a PPP, education, or public sector environment. Understanding of lifecycle management and asset replacement programmes. Knowledge of permit-to-work systems and safe systems of work. Experience managing small works projects.
