The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between regulatory compliance and cultural sensitivity. You will design and audit robust security frameworks that ensure strict crowd management, prevent bottlenecks, and guarantee artist safety while maintaining an upscale, vibrant guest experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Compliance & Stakeholder Liaison - Ensure all security blueprints rigidly align with UK Health, Safety, and Local Authority Licensing laws, specifically regarding venue capacity and late-night alcohol licensing. - Liaise confidently with Local Councils, Metropolitan and regional police forces, emergency services, and venue owners to secure pre-event approvals. 4. Operational Oversight & Execution - Direct and audit third-party security vendors, Door Supervisors, and Event Stewards. - Establish protocols for rigorous ingress operations, including ticket authenticity checks, biometric/bag screening, and prohibited item confiscation. - Monitor live event operations, lead incident-response teams during flashpoints, and handle emergency evacuations or crowd-di spersal strategies calmly. 5. National and Specialist CAMHS present an exciting opportunity to recruit a highly motivated and experienced specialist clinician to a full-time band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist post within the multi-disciplinary SCAAND team based at the new Pears Maudsley. SCAAND provides a number of streams of mental health care for autistic young people and young people with other neurodevelopmental conditions including intellectual disability and we offer a specific occupational therapy pathway which offers comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions. We have a new sensory integration intervention room which will provide new, exciting opportunities for delivery of occupational therapy. Clinical work in the team is diverse, collaborative, evidence-based and truly multi-disciplinary, and includes an interesting mix of direct and indirect intervention and consultation to clinicians in local teams. The role offers a range of service development, supervision, teaching, clinical leadership and research opportunities, and SCAAND clinicians have access to a range of CPD and training both within and outside of SLAM NHS Trust. The postholder will work as a Senior Occupational Therapist in SCAAND contributing to comprehensive MDT assessments, providing specialist occupational therapy assessment, formulation and interventions for children, young people parents/carers, and providing consultation, training and support to local CAMHs clinicians and multi-agency networks. Key components of this post will involve both assessment skills (sensory/motor assessments to understand participation, behaviour and emotional regulation) as well as adapted intervention skills; and good knowledge of development and neurodevelopment is important. The role also includes providing supervision to students and team support. Supporting the occupational therapy aspects of case formulation and planning within the MDT is also a key component of the role, and highly valued within the team in both regular meetings and joint working. There are also opportunities for developing and delivering teaching and training internally, to local training programmes, and to external services and other agencies. We have been delivering ½ day workshops to various services around England. The post holder will work closely with occupational therapists in SCAAND, AID-IIT and Orchid and other N&S CAMHS teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation of urgent and crisis mental health services acrossKingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton and Wandsworth. As a senior clinician within a new front-door service, you will be at the centre of crisis decision-making, ensuring people receive the right support, from the right service, at the right time. You will work closely with a wide range of partners across mental health services, NHS 111, ambulance services, acute hospitals, primary care, social care and VCSE organisations to provide expert clinical guidance and facilitate seamless access to care. The Crisis Access Hub providestelephone and digital screening, triage, prioritisation and onward routing. While the service does not deliver face-to-face assessments, home visits or treatment, you will undertake comprehensive clinical reviews and, where referral information is insufficient, leadenhanced triagesthrough telephone or digital contact with patients, carers and professionals. This will enable you to gather additional information, clarify presentation and risk, and make informed decisions about the most appropriate pathway of care. In this senior role, you will provide expert clinical decision-making, support and supervision to Band 6 Clinical Practitioners, coordinate referral flow during shifts, and play a key part in ensuring the service achieves its ambitious1-hour screening target.
