How you'll make things happen: You'll perform a range of highly specialised cardiac ultrasound investigations, including adult transthoracic, contrast (for left ventricular opacification) and bubble study echocardiograms, 3D echocardiograms, dobutamine stress echocardiograms, assisting with transoesophageal echocardiograms, performing accurate and reproducible measurements and quantification, interpret findings and independently issue final clinically diagnostic reports, to a competent, highly specialised professional standard. You will have the following : Able to perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) in accordance with British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) standards. Independently acquire and interpret echocardiographic images, producing comprehensive reports for referring clinicians. To perform and interpret 12 lead ECGs; Fit, removal and analysis of 24 hour Holter/BP monitors.
