We’re looking for a Senior BIM / 3D CAD Technician to take a leading role within our Design Team, driving the implementation and coordination of BIM and 3D CAD processes across major water and wastewater treatment projects. In this position, you’ll oversee the development of high‑quality 3D models and digital designs while managing a team of BIM/CAD technicians, ensuring every output meets project, technical, regulatory, and client expectations. Expertise with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD), including clash detection and model coordination. Significant experience developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows. Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and digital design requirements. Knowledge & Skills Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and support BIM/CAD technicians. Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving design conflicts. Clear and confident communicator with the ability to work closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. The Senior Delivery Manager plays a key role within the Federated Data Platform (FDP) Local Product Team, supporting the successful delivery of innovative digital products that improve operational performance and patient outcomes across NHS provider trusts, systems and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).
