The Role Due to continued growth, an experienced Senior Site Manager is required to lead the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget whilst maintaining the highest quality standards. About You The successful candidate will have: • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager with a recognised main contractor. • Experience delivering projects valued from £5m-£30m. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Excellent knowledge of UK construction processes and health & safety legislation. • SMSTS, CSCS Black or Gold Card and First Aid certification. • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams. • A proactive approach with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
