Creating tailored solutions – putting together quotes, following up on enquiries, and turning leads into real opportunities, using your understanding of what materials work best for different jobs. Keeping things running smoothly – handling day to day admin without any fuss and keeping everything on track. Offering guidance – helping customers choose the right products for their projects by drawing on your up to date knowledge. Enhancing the shopping experience – keeping displays tidy, well stocked, and easy for customers to browse so they can quickly find the materials they need. Collaborating – working closely with the team across the branch, including the yard and counter, using your product knowledge to help customers get the right materials first time.
