Lead on the delivery of the overall communications and engagement strategy for the EPR, with a focus on service development and user experience. Lead on producing clear, persuasive, informative and accessible communication products and content for internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency and alignment in approach and tone. Create content for communication platforms (both print and digital) such as training materials, social media assets, communication toolkits. Represent the Communications and Engagement workstream at appropriate programme boards. To develop and maintain an EPR website / area on the Trusts extranets and ensure they remain up to date. To provide programme reports in order to monitor stakeholder engagement, measure the reach of messaging and to support the evaluation of information flow to both internal and external stakeholders. To lead on the development of long-term internal and external trust wide EPR communications and engagement strategies where required by programme workstreams, providing specialist advice as necessary. To provide regular EPR communications and engagement updates for internal and external stakeholders (including face-to-face). Organise and project manage communication campaigns. Plan, arrange and facilitate events, press conferences, photo calls and visits. Plan, organise and deliver engagement initiatives for stakeholders (e.g. lunch and learn, skills workshops, breakfast meetings). Organise and lead internal events and initiatives to foster a sense of community. Provide relevant and timely specialist advice, guidance and training on internal and external communications and engagement. The production of communication materials including copywriting, proofreading, and liaising with designers and printers. To maintain and update contact lists and databases of key stakeholders working with the EPR Programme Support Office (PSO) where applicable. Work with workstream leads to set key performance indicators for communication/ engagement projects, measurable against sets of agreed metrics. About the Role As our client's Social Value and Engagement Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of creating positive change across their Campus and the wider community. From building partnerships with local charities and community groups to sharing inspiring stories of impact, no two days will be the same. You will: - Coordinate and drive delivery of our client's Social Value Plan, ensuring commitments are achieved and impact is maximised. - Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, charities, supply chain partners and key stakeholders across the city region. - Monitor, analyse and report social value performance, using tools such as the National TOMs Framework and Social Value Portal to measure impact against targets. - Develop engaging case studies, impact stories and communications that showcase the positive difference their social value initiatives make to people and communities. - Support the management of their community foundation, employee volunteering initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities. - Work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to embed social value, accessibility, wellbeing and inclusion into their day-to-day activities. - Represent our client at external events, forums and partnership meetings, helping to raise awareness of their social value ambitions.
