To ensure all refuge and waste disposal is carried out where required. To ensure all aspects of Hardware Recycling / Disposal is correctly undertaken. Liaise with our End User Compute team to ensure that any build related issues are escalated to them. To assist with new or changes to the trusts corporate build image. Proactively monitor for any devices that have failed updates to ensure these are logged and resolved as soon as possible. Update the Service Desk Management System (ITSM Tool) to support the provision of performance statistics. Be proactive in the approach to problem management by identifying multiple instances of incidents, researching possible resolutions and in some cases undertake root cause analysis. Update and record resolution details in the Service Desk Management software, ensuring that the relevant resolution category and outcome are completed. ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be tosupportand work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open,supportive, andinclusiveenvironment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilitieswillinclude: Monitoringthe wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changeimpactingon care and care plans, ensuring that new needs aremet,and written records are amended to reflect any variation. Beinginvolved in the person-centred care planning process, by implementing,monitoring,and undertaking monthly evaluations. Supporting residents with their medication requirements. Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development where required. Actingas a key point for contact with residents, theirrelativesand visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing, ensuring that any reasonable requests are actedupon,and concerns or complaints are escalated. ABOUT YOU To be successful in your application, youwill live our values of caring,supportive,honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidatemust: Have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes. Have 2 years experience working in similar care environment. Have the ability tocommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Have a positive attitude to bothsupporting and nurturing residents and staff. Beresponsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
