Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the Shift Team Leader in delivering daily warehouse priorities * Coordinating goods-in, stock movements, replenishment, picking and despatch activities * Ensuring stock is stored, rotated and handled correctly to maintain food safety and full traceability * Completing stock transactions accurately using warehouse systems, scanners and paperwork * Booking in deliveries and preparing products for internal and external distribution * Identifying and escalating stock discrepancies, shortages or operational issues * Assisting with stock counts, cycle counts and audit preparation * Safely operating warehouse equipment, including pallet trucks and FLTs (where authorised) * Coaching and supporting warehouse colleagues to maintain consistent standards * Working closely with Production, Planning, Stock Control, Engineering and Despatch teams * Completing clear and effective shift handovers What we’re looking for: * Experience within a warehouse, logistics, despatch or food manufacturing environment * A strong understanding of warehouse operations, including goods-in, stock control, picking and despatch * Good knowledge of health & safety, food safety and hygiene standards * Experience using warehouse management systems, scanners or stock control systems (desirable) * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Strong communication and teamwork skills * The confidence to support, coach and guide colleagues * A flexible, reliable and proactive approach * Pallet truck, pallet stacker or FLT experience (desirable) Why Join Us?
