The purpose of this role is to support the Information and Policy Officer in the administration of Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulations requests, together with requests for personal information submitted by individuals and organisations. Key Responsibilities 1. Duties will include: Ensuring efficient friendly service is offered when dealing with all guest requirements at the front desk and handling telephone enquiries effectively. Ensure all staff are fully aware of the booking procedures to maximise the sale and revenue in the hotel. Co-operating with all departments in the hotel to ensure the correct reports and information are provided on request. Ensure the front desk is kept presentable and manned at all times. Demonstrating a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and the local area. You and your team will be responsible for maximising room revenues in line with the Company standards.
