Fleet Security Control Center (FSCC) Cover Additional note: You will be required to cover the Fleet Security Control Center (FSCC) as part of operational requirements. This may include the following duties: -Maintain familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems, and patrol and incident management systems. -Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents at client premises in line with company procedures and contractual requirements, including completion of incident reports. -Follow escalation procedures for incidents identified through CCTV and other support systems. -Read, understand, and comply with Assignment Instructions, policies, procedures, SOPs, and site-specific documentation. -Ensure reporting standards and requirements are completed within agreed timescales. -Maintain awareness of relevant legislation for the role, including DSE, GDPR, and CCTV Code of Practice requirements. -Liaise professionally with Control Room colleagues, site-based security teams, and emergency services where required. -Arrive in good time before shift commencement to complete a thorough handover/takeover of duties on post. Mandatory Requirement -Medical Assessment (which will include a stand alone drug & alcohol test) -You must pass a medical examination before the vetting process can begin. -If you fail the medical, your application will not proceed further. -Vetting / Screening -After passing the medical, the vetting team will carry out background and security checks. -You must successfully pass these checks to continue. -Work Safety Induction (WSI) -Once vetting is completed, you will attend the Work Safety Induction course. -This course must be passed before moving to the next stage. -Depot Track Awareness (DTA) -After completing the WSI, you will attend the Depot Track Awareness course. -This course must also be passed. -Pass Requirements -You are allowed up to 3 attempts to pass both the WSI and DTA courses. -If you do not pass within those 3 attempts, your job offer will be withdrawn Required -A full driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience -3 years' experience within the security industry -5 years of work history to pass vetting -SIA license -Good knowledge of Microsoft office -Good report writing skills -Ability to learn various systems and implement that knowledge and training -Ability to maintain a friendly approach to staff but maintain a managerial outlook -Use technology to achieve key work objectives and develop job knowledge and expertise through continual professional development. -You are required to ensure you renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry.
