Your Skills and Experience Previous conveyancing experience is essential. Previous experience of title checking freehold, leasehold and shared ownership properties. Previous experience drafting and providing detailed advice and proposed solutions to clients. Demonstrates a natural empathy/affinity with clients and a good telephone manner, with a clear diction.. Strong numeracy skills. Excellent spelling and grammar. Demonstrates proactivity and attention to detail.
