As a Senior Planner, you'll be working within the Southern planning team, supporting them in delivering comprehensive programme management for this major infrastructure project. Your day to day will include: -Producing fully integrated and resourced programmes incorporating all disciplines, including design, commercial, and construction elements -Developing and monitoring tender event schedules, site logistics, and temporary work schedules -Liaising with sub-contractors and reviewing their programmes for compliance with contract conditions -Forecasting programme scenarios, developing mitigation strategies, and providing planning support to the project team -Producing monthly client progress reports and driving collaborative planning forums What are we looking for? This role of Senior Planner is great for you if: -You have construction planning experience gained within the main contractor environment -You have a solid history of working on build tenders and live projects between £5M - £100M+ in value -You're an experienced user of Asta Powerproject software and Bluebeam (or similar) -You have strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contract conditions and how this affects planning -You hold valid CSCS accreditation and are willing to undertake HMG security clearance We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
