A key part of the role is engagement helping clinical staff understand, adapt to, and confidently use e-Rostering tools. The role of the Workforce Medical Rota & Compliance Advisor is an integral part of the Medical Rostering Team in supporting the delivery of timely rota creation and e-Rostering across the medical workforce. The post holder will provide comprehensive support to all key staff involved in rostering including colleagues within medical staffing, clinical and operational staff as required. This role requires an ability to fully engage with the Trust clinical workforce to support the understanding and adaptation to, the effective use of e-Rostering tools. The rostering of medical staff and the creation of compliant effective rotas is imperative, without which the Trust cannot function effectively.
