This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting managers and candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience from application through to appointment. As part of our Recruitment team, you will manage a range of recruitment administration activities, including preparing and uploading of adverts, carrying out pre-employment checks, coordinating onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will also provide advice and guidance to managers and candidates, helping to ensure recruitment processes are delivered efficiently and in line with best practice. About You We are seeking a committed individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience of working in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role would be advantageous.
