Project Officers work on a 3 week rolling rota - Week A: 8am-4pm Week B: 11am-7pm Week C: 12noon-8pm, and are part of a multidisciplinary team on site supporting the young people who can live with us for a maximum of 2 years. The role includes some element of lone working. In addition, there is opportunity in the future for potential hours outside Monday to Friday. Every day is different; you could be delivering 121 support sessions on life skills, reviewing an action plan, supporting a young person to a medical appointment, contributing to a multi-agency meeting or facilitating group activities as part of the learning programme. What will I be responsible for doing? First and foremost, you will be providing key worker support to our young people. Working through support and action plans with them, in order for them to develop the life skills necessary to move on and live independently in the community.
