Responsibilities: -Act as a visual deterrent on the shop floor -Safely detain offenders following H&S training -Utilize store security systems, including CCTV and EAS gates -Collaborate with covert security operatives -Investigate losses and support inquiries about known offenders -Complete accurate incident reports and company documentation -Report crime incidents using a company-provided tablet -Conduct routine patrols to ensure customer safety -Record patrols in daily activity sheets -Provide security updates during store briefings -Conduct shift handovers to ensure service continuity -Maintain a safe and secure environment for all Qualifications: -Door Supervision or Security Guarding License -Five-year checkable employment history or documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or education -Driving licence and access to own vehicle -Previous experience in a retail security role Additional Information: Mitie's flexible benefits scheme is designed to suit your lifestyle.
