About you: You must be creative and self-motivating with a strong customer care ethic. You will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills and the value of promoting independence. You will be the first face to face contact from the Reablement service in the person’s home. You will use an asset-based approach to promote independence, helping people to remain within their own homes and also connect within their communities to enhance their well-being.
