What You'll Be Doing Managing a complex caseload of adults experiencing mental ill health and psychological distress. Undertaking comprehensive assessments and developing strengths-based, person-centred support plans. Identifying, assessing and managing risk, ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met and appropriate interventions are implemented. Supporting individuals experiencing crisis situations, including homelessness, domestic abuse and suicidal ideation. Providing information, advice and advocacy to help people access the services, resources and benefits they need. Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, local authorities and voluntary sector partners to coordinate effective support. Contributing to support groups, community initiatives and projects that promote recovery, wellbeing and social inclusion. Maintaining accurate records using the organisation's CRM system in line with GDPR and organisational policies. Participating in supervision, reflective practice and continuous professional development to maintain Social Work England registration.
